This forum was originally for showing mods that support the Tesla API as it wasn't always clear compared to RF, FE, EU and more. But as many mods do and don't support these bigger Power APIs and have there own that may or may not convert to them (Planttech doesn't and works only with it's own, but LightningCraft has convertor blocks for RF/Tesla for example), so I thought I'd list the mods that fit these conditions. I know it's a 'niche' thing but sometimes it can be unclear with some mods you stumble upon sometimes.
Not counting Magic systems. I could but it's not an area I'm familiar with compared to tech mods.
So this thread focuses on APIs from mods like AE (works with RF/FE/EU), Electrona (it's own like Planttech) and so on for modern versions and the few older versions like LightningCraft or Planttech or Tesla. If they have conversion blocks/methods whether one way (I forget which did this but I know one of them did might have been Electrona from it's EL to VP or the other way or another mod), both ways (LightningCraft from LE to RF/Tesla and back or power convertor block mods between EU and RF for example) or neither/no conversion at all (Electrona EL/VP, Planttech CE as examples) and only use their own. Not really counting Immersive Flux like Immersive Engineering goes for as it's an RF related one and works with other RF related blocks. So any close to it like that I wasn't planning on. Like any similar due to RF API related early on in 1.8 or so wouldn't fit I think but more valid ones like say Omega Craft (TSON I think it was with it's Stone/Magic tier machines with specific coal like fuel then power units) that had (or maybe it's power was unique I forget it's later is more common Power APIs while it's Longwave transformer one is unique still).
Hopefully that makes sense, unique ones (only that mod), convertible (using blocks to go between power systems) or supports many besides it's own (no need to convert or supports many and conversions I guess to put that that way).
FOR ANY INACCURACIES PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I'VE DONE WHAT I CAN WITH WHAT I COULD FIND/WORK WITH
Other Power/Magic APIs (WIP):
Power/Magic APIs like RF, EU, FE might not be listed due to how many entries and it being more clear among mods (at least for 1.12.2 and prior). This spoiler/list aims to focus on other Power APIs that exist and may or may not be compatible with other mods.
I don't know if I'll count Vis, LP or Mana, but the listings here will more so be for mods with their own Power APIs outside of the main ones people are familiar with.
Tesla 1.9 to 1.12.2 (covered many of it's supported mods further below in this thread and other spoilers)
LightningCraft LP (in 1.7.10 version)/LE (1.8-1.12.2):
-LightningCraft (supports RF & Tesla, you can use these to convert to LE, it works back and forth between LE and RF/Tesla. There is a block to convert to LE with RF and a LE back to RF block)
BuildCraft (but usually supported or worked with RF/FE, can't remember if it displayed RF/FE at some point but know it worked alongside the mods that did use those)
Electrona for 1.16.5, used to have a 1.14.4/1.15.2 versions but they were removed due to art assets licensing (EL/VP needs a converter for FE just like LightningCraft uses a converter for it's RF/Tesla conversion back though I think it's parallel/one way you can't use FE to EL I think)
Omega Craft (has long wave transformers, may have had a different form of RF/FE or it's own unique one for a time around 1.10.2 but now uses RF/FE instead)
Cogs of the Machine (1.7.10, had 1.4.5/1.4.7 versions but think the power system was part of 1.7.10 more so), uses WE (assuming Wind Up Energy) due to one of the WInd Up items in the mod
If I missed anything let me know so I can update this post.

No Clue Of Release Or Support State:
Telsapunk Advanced Engineering
No clue about:
Matter Overdrive's Tesla support was a thing according to the Fan Club posts, but no clue when, but let me know.
Tesla Fan Club:
I also looked at the Tesla Fan Club for a few mentions to get info on support for these mod lists, only few things like for 1.10.2 but its still something for what was there when it was relevant or getting starting or just ending maybe 1.11-ish era either for the posts or just because why not the link to the Fan Club. https://twitter.com/TeslaApiFanClub
If any are inaccurate due to only getting basic info from the Fan Club Twitter which ended in 2016, and besides my own use of certain mods I know support Tesla, or the filtering of Tesla dependencies on Curseforge, not all on this list will be accurate, keep that in mind.
If you find out yourself that they are inaccurate entries for a particular version (1.9 to 1.12.2 entries) tell me so I can update it, or if the support is dropped for Tesla for that mod like it was for Actually Additions or Rarmor since I read those changelogs easily compared to searching others maybe or maybe not adding it, even more so let me know. But don't get up me if its inaccurate, I haven't used all mods and I don't have the time to use all mods and find out what files and from what point onwards that they supported Tesla.
Please help me out if you want, but otherwise, enjoy.
Anyways, Updated: Dropped Support Mod List listing at the top of the mod lists section of the first post, this will be kept besides any mentionings next to that at that version point, for those I have listed they came from the 1.12.2 mod list, both Actually Additions r127 & Rarmor 2.0.0 which were stated from those mods changelogs mentioned, they had dropped support for Tesla. If you are still using those versions, at least more so r127 and higher, or using Rarmor 2.0.0, Tesla isn't supported, according to the changelogs at least, I haven't tested this myself, or even with Teslafied installed due to how it allows RF entities to work with Tesla, it could still work, it could not, I don't know.
Changing direction for thread to be not only for Tesla but also for mods that have their own/might not be compatible with RF, FE and others, or those with few mods that support multiple but have their own like Mekanism's or mods like LightningCraft (supports RF & Tesla)/Planttech (has it's own, doesn't support other Power APIs) with their own but may or may not support the main Power APIs.
SuntannedDuck2 As for this mod, is it working for Minecraft 1.14.4 forge/not fabric? I'm trying to find a RF (redstone flux) mod and I'm having a hard time find any that work/are good.
https://www.minecraftforum.net/members/jillv46 I know late. Most RF mods state they do. If it's something like PlantTech that have a unique Power API and doesn't convert to anything than you need to be careful but that's rare now in 1.14+ versions. If a mod needs power they all go for RF or FE regardless as far as I know/any time I used anything. Sure it was hard to find generators sometimes but otherwise they still always supported those Power APIs. Even Applied Energistics supports it even if displaying AE (or having AE as the focus), Mekanism has support for them on 1.15+ versions besides still having KJ. Electrona is an example. While the 1.14.4 versions don't exist anymore the later ones do and it uses EL/VP and requires a converter for FE.
This thread is more so for the ones that aren't FE/RF, magic ones (the usual) and the more not clear ones.
Modpack Link (old but for the sake of having all mods possible for 1.10.2 at least, not got a 1.12.2 one or otherwise but may at some point).
Posting pretty much to say like I did my 4 Rift 1.13 and 1.13.2 Modpack Collection there is a Tesla modpack I made a while ago but for Tesla Power API compatible mods not others. Many of the mods are still RF compatible (meaning both) or Tesla only so best to check when using them (either with the list above or when using the mods experimenting with the blocks).
Not much else to do with this thread I think. Maybe I could include Magic or other Tech mod Powers APIs but I wanted to stay away from RF/FE and so on well known ones as most mods support them and that's a LOT of work. Most mods also make it clear. It's the 1 offs that I felt needed it as it is unclear if they support RF/FE, or do their own thing and aren't supported.
I may or may not count Fabric Power APIs, not sure yet. There is a few there that could use some labelling. This thread has been dead for a while, was for Tesla, then expanded to those not the obvious (RF/FE/MJ/EU, magic ones like Vis from ThaumCraft or the Botania one etc.)
Omega Craft (long wave transformers, the mod has had RF/FE before but I think it had a unique one or a different form of RF/FE in 1.10.2 at some point or with the TSON Craft machines which Omega Craft was before things were changed)
Added Zap system as FTB Industrial Contraptions uses it (an IC2 like successor of sorts on 1.16.5 and 1.18.1 that I'd never heard of until browsing random mods right now).
Added to more to the Power/Magic API spoiler. Once I know more/remember what they convert to/more about the mods. I have never used Multistorage/Matter Overdrive for example but the others I have.
Not added to spoiler but considering (I am just trying to find any that don't mention RF/RE at all really with some of the modern ones, Fabric it's clear but for Forge yeah just seeing whatever ones don't mention it that I remember or am finding for the first time):
MagnetiCraft (needs conversion of RF/Tesla to Joules)
Electrodynamics and mods surrounding it (so going off mods like GalactiCraft that had it's power system and particular blocks too I'm sort of aiming for here)
WaterPower (IC2 Experimental modular tanks mod I always remember that runs on water, not really a power api thing other that fitting with IC2E but I think it kind of counts in a way. Took me a bit to find as didn't remember the full name other than Water and it's Github was the only way to get downloads)
Besides that I forgot to list Sextiary Sector 2 (I may have others but this one immediately came to mind when posting this). I'm pretty sure it uses it's own Power API for it's mechanical machines, powered machines, it's water or steam related (I never understood how it worked) and other things.
Assuming maybe or maybe not Apple Tea does and other things related of the currency part of MCEconomy2.
I remember this one having (besides just remembering niche tech mods at this point XD) it had a focus on fuel or it's items I think. I only got the hang of the machines somewhat not much of the mod as some machines it was unclear if unfinished or how they worked to progress in the mod to access other parts of it.
But it didn't use regular power apis so it counts.

I have looked at this spreadsheet before but didn't realise some of them had Tesla support so seemed worth adding for notes sake. I don't know which files say they support it though. IF they ever did support it and it was finalised in release builds. They may not have. I'd say look at each file and try for yourself or look at the github commits. Lot of files though.
(Intended for those that are isolated power apis for the individual mods themselves and don't have convertors or just magic power systems as the focus of the thread is more so on power APIs instead)

Modpack Link (old but for the sake of having all mods possible for 1.10.2 at least, not got a 1.12.2 one or otherwise but may at some point).
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/tesla-supported-pack

Not added to spoiler but considering (I am just trying to find any that don't mention RF/RE at all really with some of the modern ones, Fabric it's clear but for Forge yeah just seeing whatever ones don't mention it that I remember or am finding for the first time):
MagnetiCraft (needs conversion of RF/Tesla to Joules)
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/magneticraft
Electrodynamics and mods surrounding it (so going off mods like GalactiCraft that had it's power system and particular blocks too I'm sort of aiming for here)

Create (mechanical power so)
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create
Tech Reborn (on the Fabric side not the Forge releases, was questioning if I should)
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/techreborn
Mechanical Tech (another Fabric mod that uses it's own system)

Vanilla Tech Automated can't remember if it's using it's own or similar to Tech Reborn or just not power at all

WaterPower (IC2 Experimental modular tanks mod I always remember that runs on water, not really a power api thing other that fitting with IC2E but I think it kind of counts in a way. Took me a bit to find as didn't remember the full name other than Water and it's Github was the only way to get downloads)
https://github.com/huanghongxun/WaterPower (only has 2 downloads, I archived everything current just encase)

Made wiki with most of the same info (different presentation helps) and a bit of other clarification.

Metal Magics also came to mind too.
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/metal-magics (1.8-1.10.2)
I remember this one having (besides just remembering niche tech mods at this point XD) it had a focus on fuel or it's items I think. I only got the hang of the machines somewhat not much of the mod as some machines it was unclear if unfinished or how they worked to progress in the mod to access other parts of it.
But it didn't use regular power apis so it counts.

Added to forum and wiki page (still WIP have yet to dig through more of the spreadsheet closely like for Deep Resonance, Famous Energy, FoamFix and others listed in it):
Wiki page: https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Tesla_Power_API_Mods_HUB
*Applied Energistics 2 (supports multiple Power APIs),
*Big Fusion (supports Tesla as listed on Google spreadsheet) [link to mod itself http://www.bigfusionmod.com/],
*Open Transport (upcoming, so planned but "if it actually did" support it no idea when or which files it was supported in IF it ever was)
*OpenComputers (upcoming, so planned but "if it actually did" support it no idea when or which files it was supported in IF it ever was)
*Steam/Electric Advantage (upcoming, so planned but "if it actually did" support it no idea when or which files it was supported in IF it ever was)
*Tesla Additions to Tesla 1.11 spoiler
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cay91dfNXrell8swa43yk2L6JVOlzSD0Qo7AOxz3nGk/edit#gid=534173858 (where I got the 'upcoming' and definite ticks of support from)
I have looked at this spreadsheet before but didn't realise some of them had Tesla support so seemed worth adding for notes sake. I don't know which files say they support it though. IF they ever did support it and it was finalised in release builds. They may not have. I'd say look at each file and try for yourself or look at the github commits. Lot of files though.
But AE2 whichever this commit is for @ https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/commit/ec4bc8626668bd65f5f4a1b8b69d2ce53edd388e is some sign. Found it in the Teslafied comments. As a mod that allows RF/Tesla support it made sense to check there.
I'm making wikis for some Tesla related mods right now that's why I came across these.
