Your integrated graphics can only handle block and item textures that combine up to 8192x8192, which means 4096 textures if they're all 128x128 size, or 256 if they're all 512x512 size. Looking at your log, it seems you've combined some different textures into one resource pack that you've named "PureBD MC112 V1.1.0.zip". I'm not sure why the Buildcraft "still" fluids are 256x256 when the other blocks for the mod are 128x128, but I notice you apparently used 512x textures for ProjectE, so you might try replacing those with 128x textures.
