I remembered watching a video using a world generation mod
it has the nether below the overworld and the skylands above the overworld
like you keep digging down then you make it to the nether
When you fly up in the sky you reach the skylands
like i said i remember watching this mod on a video
what's this mod called??

I don't know of a mod that does this but there is an old plugin that does this. Sneak clicking on bedrock will teleport you to the Nether while jumping at the build limit will send you to the End.

A Google search of "Skylands" produced a map, not a mod.
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
the one i found is called Dig Down for Nether. it is on curse website for MC ver 1.7.9
there is another one that i can't find that does the same thing. it is not english so i doubt it will show up in an english google search.
