I may attempt a 32x32 resource pack in the future, in limited testing it looked ok.
Some mods have 32x32 standard such as Mekanism and IC2.
16x16 is simply too small to get some of the details out of the textures, the grills for example would be severely impacted at there would likely be no transparency.

High Quality, clean metal and composite materials put into a mod.
All materials are 64x64 px to give more detail than normal.
Can paint iron materials to give colour.
Requires Ender IO or any mod that has Dark Steel for some recipes to work (uncraftable otherwise).
Requires Mekanism or IC2 or any mod that has Bronze, Copper and Tin for some recipes to work (uncraftable otherwise).
All recipes have JEI support, requires at least 3.14.3.403 for full support due to a bugfix in that release.
Feel free to use this mod in your modpack, no need to ask
