Where Does the launcher GameOutPut Go? I am making a modpack but, there are some issues I noticed in the game log on the launcher live. I need to know where that file stores it as because, the amount of text in the launcher is too great and it cuts off over half of the log. I need the launcher log. I kept the launcher open under gameoutput now where does the launcher store that file at with what name. Thanks. I saw @ CONFLICT. Warining cannot resolve textures. I know how to fix this I just can't get all of the errors because, the gameoutput on the launcher cuts off. I would like the actual file. If you can give me the location and the name of the file that would be great.
never mind I found it. it is in the .minecraft and is called ForgeModLoader-client-0.log.42 look for something like that open it with notepad. You can then control f . note it ads a new .# at the end for each log at least in older versions
type these to find conflicts without the quotes and make sure you hit control f(open up find function) in notepad first "CONFLICTS" to find the conflicts and "overwriting" for possible conflicts. If it isn't overwriting vanilla blocks/items then it is probably a conflict unless it's a mod like dragon mounts. I believe there might be another sign of conflicts called item.tracker but, that might be the overwrite stuff.
Please don't PM me to ask for help or to join your mod development team. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future. I'm not interested in developing mods with people.
