This is awkward. I meant to quote AreaOfMobeus' concept of the Eldritch Galleries (mainly its backstory). The point is, I personally think such lore seems a bit too... dark. I mean, a hospital coated with blood? I'm not trying to bash your ideas, but I'm uncertain if we should be roaming a dimension that looks like something straight outta Lovecraft. O-p
*To work around the player's Resistance buff, many enemies rely on indirectly damaging it (i.e fall damage, Poison, etc).
*Most dangerous foes are glass cannons - strong, but frail
*Less powerful foes come in greater quantities (5 mobs are better than one)
*Very flat, but very forested
Color Scheme: Magenta atmosphere with orange clouds, trees have bark similar to orange and red along with leaves similar to gold, grass shares a color similar to amber, stone colored brown, orange, and reg. (Basically, this is a "Fall dimension" )
Mobs: * Autumn Spirit - Beefed up version of the Tree Spirit from the Overworld
*Slower, but a real damn good thrower!
* Dragoon - Works sorta like the Runicorn Rider from Runador
*High HP regen rate
*Afflicts poison with its attacks
* Frosted Flower Face - Because some of them FFs get a bad case of the cold (or rather frostbite)...
*High HP regen rate
*"Freezes" the player in place for a moment upon contact

What do you think so far?
Sounds pretty cool, actually. Almost like Xolova's style of dimension, but really, this would probably fit in quite well with AoA.

Dream-World
god: Luxon and Erebon
A huge vast world based on the dream realm in Hp Lovecraft's novel The Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath.
The realmstone is dropped by Cthulhu (found on R'Lyeh)
The biomes are Dark river (Made of Dark Water which causes Wither III, and has Ghost Pirate Ships with Ghouls and Slavers on board)
Rocky Plains (Made of DreamStone and occasionally spawns Ghoul Caves)
Leng (Has villages with Ghouls and Dark Slavers, contains the Temple with a spawner to summon the Yellow Veiled Priest)
Magmatic Volcano (Made of Dark Rock, Ash Stone, and Magma, has Lava Collector Camps and Night Fangs)
Unknown Kadath (Rare Biome, made of Coldrock, Dark Rock, and has the Temple of the Outer Gods on the top, with a spawner to summon Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos)
Someone likes Lovecraftian Lore. Are you going to describe R'Lyeh in another post?
Yes I do and yes I will.
R'Lyeh is a rare biome, rarer than Mushroom forest, which spawns in the ocean.
It is made completely out of Abyssal Stone and has many unusual rock formations on it. There is a resident boss - Cthulhu The gatekeeper of the Abyss.
No enemies spawn aside from Cultists of Cthulhu and Paladins of Cthulhu.
Cthulhu will pull the player in and throw him around, and also fire huge explosive projectiles which give nausea and also occasionally fling him away.
Cthulhu will sometimes slap the player and drive him into the ground, causing wither III. Cthulhu will occasionally disarm the player and also sometimes summons TNT rain. Cthulhu has 2800 hp and has 10 armor. He drops the Dream- World Realmstone. Beware, the Cultists and Paladins will still spawn.
Paladins have 30 hearts 20 armor and 8.5 hearts of damage. They have extraordinarily high regen.
Cultists have 30 hearts 0 armor and 19.5 hearts of damage. They use ranged and have insanely high regen. They can revive dead paladins into Undead Followers
Undead Followers have 10 hearts 2 armor and 10.5 hearts of damage. They explode upon being killed.
My newest suggestion is this - making the Destructor killable. It's a cool rare mob so we should at least get an opportunity to battle it to get some sweet Vox Ponds Realmstones, right?

Is this thread still open? If so, im going to suggest an idea. My idea is an extension of the War of Gods theory. So let's say you defeated Coniferon 10 times. Selyan will offer you a position of his guardian. If you accept, you will get some weapons and a full set of armor ungettable by any other method, while also provoking the rival faction (In this case, Pluton). If you already accepted the offer, you cant get any other special armor from other gods. If you anger the rival faction, the rival faction god (Pluton) will never give you his blessings even though you are in Iromine, for example, and will upgrade his mobs and guardians to defeat you. Rejecting the offer angers the god (Selyan, in this case) and he will not give you resistance although you are in his dimensions, while pleasing the rival God (Pluton) who will upgrade his blessing (Haste 1 to Haste 2, etc). Rejecting all four offers will align you with Krasaun, and he will give you a stronger set of armor and weapons with the risk of angering the 4 Gods and making their dimensions harder to traverse with events and stronger bosses and mobs.
I really don't have a lot to add mainly because it's 3 AM, but I have wondered about removing the incompatabilities with nearly every other grave mod. I don't like to have my items drop when I die and neither do I like /keepItemInventory as it removes the threat of dying and gives me the freedom to Zerg rush as many times as I want. I prefer a grave that lets me get my stuff back at my own pace.
Another thing I could suggest is some sort of storytelling or lore. I really found how Mysterium's creation came about really fascinating and I'm hoping there could be more lore about other dimensions, especially Lelyetia and its upside-down landscape or Dustopia. I keep seeing Dustopia and Primordial linked together...
I guess a third that could be done (a fan could do this?) is a proper music track for the dimensions and bosses. I like the music, but it's too short...
A proper idea could be a dimension that's a full on metropolis-style city that's been abandoned for some reason and a few hints lay around for anyone who has a detective's mind and a sharp eye.
Another dimension: The surface of the sun. Seriously. Fire everywhere and you need something to survive the unbelievably harsh environment.
Perhaps a third could be some warped, broken eldritch-themed dimension? A landscape which hurts the mind to navigate and can cause headaches as you try to plot your way from one location to another as it may be possible to loop back on yourself finding yourself back at your portal as you're trying to navigate your way to "that weird structure over there near the horizon". The boss there could be the typical eldritch abomination, giving some debuff or another to you as you look at it.
I dunno. This is just the ramblings of some really tired idiot. All I can say for sure is that I would like the grave system to work again.
Lately I have been thinking of a bunch of new events. I understand that there is enough events happening already, but I have a plan for that. So here are the events:
The slime invasion "the floor feels like jelly"
Rise of the pygmy "the jungle has awoken"
Skeleton army "an ancient power has been disturbed"
Rejecting all four offers will align you with Krasaun, and he will give you a stronger set of armor and weapons with the risk of angering the 4 Gods and making their dimensions harder to traverse with events and stronger bosses and mobs.
Did he really give permission for an addon?
One Day,I May Put Something Useful Here.
Yeah. He said unoffical addons have always been allowed.

With all due respect, holy **** that's some messed up lore! O-O

Oh well. Creepy Lovecraft worlds aside, mind if I share my idea for a new dimension?
Dimension name: Shinrin | Theme: Majestic forestry tagged alongside potent hostiles

Tweaks:
1:Add some creative only items/commands to do things like modifying the skills lvls or insta-killing mobs.
2:Make boss music on/off.
3:Make spawn rates configurable.
4:Translations and in game wiki. I'd like to do the French one.
5: EMC for ProjectE.

PS. The Idea isnt complete yet.
Wunderbar! It sounds wonderful. XolovA really should use this for Silentia.
P.S. The Nikola Spiegalmann kinda sounds like a twisted amalgamation of J S Steinman and Sander Cohen.

Alreday dropped by Exoids.
Many of the dimensions already have multiple monsters that drop their Realmstones.

Hardmode?
To branch off that, would you say it's "hotter then hell"?
You could...
Assuming it might be a Hard level dimension, you could say it is hell.
