All right, I'm in the midst of making a modpack, and I'm having a bit of trouble with Thaumcraft and Magical Crops.
I'm using Thaumcraft 4.2.3.5 and Magical Crops 4.0.0 BETA 3.
The deal is Thaumcraft is giving its aspects to Magical Crops' essences and seeds. And because of the tiering system in Magical Crops and the crafting recipe based aspect calculations in Thaumcraft, items like blizz Rods and invar get insane aspects. 64 vitreus, 64 potentia, 64 ignis, and 64 lucrum. And then through crafting recipes, all things made with invar and blizz Rods have the 64 vitreus, 64 potentia, 64 ignis, and 64 lucrum.
I attempted to use Mine Tweaker/ Mod Tweaker to change the aspects of the items in Magical Crops, but due to load order, Thaumcraft has already done its calculations and given aspects to all of the invar items, and I'm only covering up some of the damage. I don't wish to have to use Minetweaker to re-do every single item affected by the overflowing aspects.
What other options are there? Is there any way to prevent Thaumcraft from giving aspects to a specific mod (Magical Crops) before it calculates up through crafting recipes?
I thought about making a mod myself using the Thaumcraft API to give aspects proper aspects to the Magical Crops items, but will that be enough? Or will my mod end up being too late in the load order as well?
