i opened survival mod without this 2 mods and than i added them, now it doesnt seem that the mods items loading in the world, dont have plants on the floor and i cant find no fossils, i havent searched a lot but i think that is a problem.
If you created the world without the mods, then added them, their features (plants, fossils, etc.) will not be generated in the preexisting chunks. I recommend creating a new world and everything should generate correctly.

first of all, thanks.
second you mean that in the certain area of my player there wont be generated no items but in other area of the same world it will be generated?
if yes so how far i need to go.

I believe so. Any chunks that were not generated without the mods SHOULD generate the features you're looking for. So, let's say that you didn't move far away from the spawn in the world -- in that case, if you go about 12-16 chunks away from the spawn (into chunks that had not been generated without the mods), you should start seeing these features. If you had moved far from the spawn, same principle: just move into chunks that had not been generated without the mods.
You might also be able to use CoFH's retrogen to retrogen some missing ores or other blocks into the world's existing chunks, but only if the mods' config files allow that.
