So after messing around with the Millénaire mod for a bit now, I've decided I'd like to create my own culture. However, the guide on the wiki is not only outdated, but doesn't include enough steps and information to create a culture in general. So my question is, is there any guide on how to make one? Or for anyone who has already made one, do you mind sharing how to make one in this thread?
