Any chance of a height/depth tracker and even limiter? Or does the main world file still know where the player IS in it when he's currently "on board" the ship world file?
Only asking because it could be quite annoying if you're battling another person's craft and they can fly as high or as low as they want. Basically making MC infinite in 3 dimensions.
I guess I would still prefer there to be a height limit of sorts (even if its twice as tall as the build limit) and the void should still harm you, maybe too high too low could begin to suffocate the player, though, once again, that would mean the main world would have to be constantly tracking the location of the sub-world(or ship world).
Then again, I may be one of the few people planning to use this mod in a void world with floating islands instead of a regular world with a bottom.
Let me know your plans for these aspects Best, i'd be interested to hear!
Keep up the great work.
Well sure they can go as high as they want but that would mean having a lot of upward thrusters, which would let them dodge all your shots but then again they could also have a massive boost forwards and dodge all your shots so it really doesn't matter.

Void world with floating islands in 1.9??!!!! HOW?????
@gggamer1 Currently its on MC 1.9.4, but it'll have no problems moving to 1.10
@craftsmanthe I'm looking into it to say the least, the challenge is detecting when a body of blocks has been detatched from the world (This has a significant impact on performance unfortunately :/ )
@DigitalDragoon I don't have a proper way to donate setup, you can Paypal me something if want though
And Another 3 Words:Multi-Threaded Physics!(Literally get your CPU usage to 100%, make as many ships as possible!)
I might open this to public testing soon, checking for mod compatibility and stuff; for now though: THE HYPE IS REAL! @Ice2670: Hovercraft controls are functioning, me and creative are working on Asoon irship controls at the moment

I'd be happy to donate to your paypal, my only request is that you put this up on a place like github.
I saw the reddit thread, and I understand your concerns, but the Minecraft community is generally pretty savvy about maintaining legitimacy.
I guarantee that if someone was to try and jack your code, it would be immediately obvious to many of the more respected modders, and the thief would promptly get a lynching. Especially since what you are doing here seems so important.
There are some really friendly people who would for sure be willing to help.
So this is great and all but in the videos where you show moving your ships around you use these thrusters things that are redstone activated. Is that going to be the only way to control ships or will we able to like just move them normally like in metaworlds? Also how does slowing down work do you just go on foreverrrrr or does it slow down over time or does it just stop?
And what about ship to ship collision?
thanks
metin2 pvp serverler
Perhaps this could be done by taking atmospheric density into account.
My first mod =D

When live give you lemons, make apple pie.

Have you finished controlling systems? Did you get a chance to test some new weapons other then TNT cannon?

Also, player swaying? What version of minecraft will this be for?
Congratulations to you and the team! You broke the Second Impenetrable Barrier of Minecraft Airships: Mod Compat!
Holy bums! MOD COMPATIBILITY? Well, this is the greatest thing of all time.
My first mod =D
Goodness, this is incredible.
Looking forward to the release. Is there any place I can donate sums? I'm not too keen on patreon.

Glad to see that you're.. less busy!
Is ship damage going to be a thing (individual blocks), in the near or distant future?

Yup, this mod would be obvious to notice, if someone took it.

You can write an api for mordders to make addons for it instead of puting your mod on github.
