Hello everyone, I apologize for the shameless advertising. The mod me and my team have been working on has grown out of the scope of what we imagined, and as such need more developers to help develop systems as well as small features, all in an effort to speed up development. The mod's name is Geomancy, however a current release of the mod is found under the alias of Elemental Essences. The key systems that need to be developed before features can be implemented is a Evolution system that allows blocks and items in the mod and in the world to evolve and change, both textures, models, and functionality. This is mostly implemented. Also we are trying to implement a complex documentation system centered around lore and progression, requiring the player to gather a new form of experience from using items and blocks, crafting things, killing mobs, etc, from the mod to purchase entries with various marker events that really enhance the progression aspect of it. We are also implementing a power system that allows you to convert other forms of energy into Primal essence, an energy source that can be used to power crafting tools armor, and other various things. This system is intended to be a node based system in which you attach rifts to energy acceptors producers or storage and it connects it to a network, similar to that of applied energistics 1 and 2 but wireless in nature. Energy can be produced from spawners, passively in the end, from consuming blocks and items, and if the corresponding mod is installed, by converting mana, lp, altar power, vis, rf, and other forms of energy as a reduced rate to Primal essence. We are also implementing a crafting system comprising of 2 tiers, the first is a simple crafting mechanic similar to botania's runic altar but crafts instantly and requires 4 items for each craft. The second tier is a complex system involving lines to be drawn on the ground in geometric shapes on a corresponding foundation of circles known as the flower of life. this will allow you to craft items and blocks to use throughout the mod.
peripheral systems that will be implemented after the primary systems are include the dimension system, the biology system, the mutation system, and the player enhancement system. These systems do not take priority and will not be explained in this post. If interest is generated i will provide you with information.
This is obviously an extensive mod and I would like to say that I, the designer and create of the mod as of yet, along with the rest of my development team, ( 1 other person), are competent modders, and will be able to work on any and all systems. The issue that has generated interest in adding to this team is the massive amounts of time that will be needed given the lack of work.

Show people what you want, so that they feel confident jumping into a more complete and competent working environment. Also, having stuff ready to go or visual explanations of your ideas are more enticing than a small amount of text and some bumps.
If I wasn't working on a currently private magic project right now, I'd help you myself. But alas, I have prior commitments.
I appologize. i made sure to not bump any sooner than 9 hours apart, however i guess that was too much lol. I have a lot already done on the mod, and i have a team helping so this is not really a priority i just wanted to keep this on the forums so that when it does become neccisarry I won't have to wait. your completely correct though so i will stop lol
