Assuming you don't have a real GPU in there (which we will unless you post the actual full specs of that PC) all you have is an Intel HD 4600.
Try Sildur's/CUDA/Mr Meeps/lower end Chocapic. Don't expect good performance.
I've tried all of these and it usually results in a crash. I tried KUDA and this is what I got, sadly.

I've read it actually. I have more than enough GPU and CPU and it doesn't seem to work no matter what I change around.
Oops. I thought I updated my driver and my graphics.
It's all working swimmingly now!
