Alight, to quickly kill off a couple of answers that I was inevitably going to get, my PC CAN run this mod, so its not a matter of hardware. Here are my specs http://i.imgur.com/Da8qsN1.png?1
Anyway, lets get down to the actual problems:
Every sign in my world is either replaced with this
People have suggested that it might be my resource pack creating he errors, this also happens with the resource pack, when I break objects, this happens
So, if any of you could help me out I'd really appreciate it, I've been trying to resolve this problem for 4 moths now, going on different forums and sites, but I've gotten no answers, only people with the same problems.
As I've said, its not a resource pack issue. Same glitches occur when the resource pack is turned off.
I have read the SEUS installation instructions, I followed them to a tee. And for the first few months of installing it I had no problems, the glitches and errors I have now only surfaced 2 months after installation.
And my drivers are up to date. And I mean actually up to date, NOT windows "up to date".
I have enabled "tweakBlockDamage" so that's not the issue.
Here's the thing, when I tried upgrading to a different version of catalyst my PC would reject it and cause a bunch of other issues, small on their own but they add up and its pretty bad, I'm not the only one with this issue, so when I finally fixed it I decided not to mess with it. Could my driver really be the source of all these Shader problems? How likely is that?
As for the Shader, it is running at 1.7.10. I also used this video alongside the SEUS download page when I was installing it.
I am aware of the process and I have done it correctly. I'd just prefer to avoid it if possible.
Also, seeing as you didn't mention the other things I replied to you with in your response are you suggesting that the AMD Catalyst IS whats wrong with my game?
Again. AMD is known for buggy drivers. From the latest bactch only 14.9 and 15.6 seem decent. Other versions are known to have issues. If you don't won't to downgrade, even just to test a known potential solution, then have fun dealing with the glitches.
I tried the very latest 15.9.1 Beta drivers - no change.
15.6 is more or less confirmed to work ... better then other recent releases.
Downgrading won't blow up your PC. So just try it.
There isn't a 15.6 beta for Windows 10.
it messed up my screen.
Reverting.
If it were random textures, I'd say sure - need a driver update. But it's very specific textures and objects so I'm not sure why it can't be fixed properly without needing a driver.
Also, having it work in one version of a beta driver, and old one at that - tells me that somehow Sues got lucky with 15.6 and it wasn't truly fixed via the driver. If the driver corrected something, I would assume that correction would carry over into more recent driver updates.
My shaders does not work at all. any shaders I uses it will not work
The previous post is from about two and a half years ago, making this a necropost. Please start a new thread instead, and provide more details (like what video card you have, and which other shader packs you've tried).

Pretty sure torches aren't supposed to look like that

I don't get many lighting issues, but when I do its noticeable, hard to show on screenshots, but in-game this flickers like crazy

When I put a painting down, leave, and re-enter the game they fall off the walls

Heh... well, I guess its time for an upgrade, hope I don't break anything :/
Anyway, thanks for taking all this time to help me out guy, appreciate it.
Welp, that did it, Upgraded to 14.7, everything works fine now, I can't thank you enough guy.
Latest AMD Driver 15.7.1 still has the texture issue with enchanted items and beacons.
I'll assume not everyone wants to roll back their drivers to older versions.
is there any way to solve it on the shader side instead of relying on a driver update from AMD?
None of the AAA games I play on my PC have this texture problem.
Since I'm on 15.7.1 - I don't wish to downgrade to a lower version beta.
The texture bug only happens on enchanted items, beacons and buildcraft oil, fuel and water textures at certain angles and at certain times of day.
Do any of the above have anything in common render-wise?
I tried the very latest 15.9.1 Beta drivers - no change.
Ok, so all this isn't because of a mod. You had a 1.8+ world and you went back into 1.7... Try it in 1.8 and that should fix it.

I tried and it messed up my screen.
I tried various shader packs. The majority of them have the same glitch, but much less prevalent that SUES.
AMD is going to keep putting out new drivers to stay current. Holding on to an outdated beta driver for a fix isn't a viable solution.
If I were more of a graphics programmer, I'd try to help narrow down where the problem resides.
