Hello, first off my name is Aphex if you did not already notice. I am a semi-professional Forge Mod developer for Minecraft versions 1.6, and 1.7 specifically, but will mod for 1.8 when I can learn more about what has changed withing the code.
For the first few mod ideas proposed, if I think they are good, I will go ahead and develop them free of charge. After a while of this thread being posted, if it gets popular, I will have to start to charge a very small fee for every mod developed. The way a mod will be priced will be based on how many solid hours are put into the mod in a zone timed format (*Example* 1-2 Hours -> $1 | Not a real price!) Along with the zone timed cost, there will be a base fee for every mod developed. The prices will be determined within a Private Message, and only within a Private Message.
As for models and textures, I will almost never make the textures for a model, block, item, etc. I do not feel comfortable drawing something I see as what the mod details, while you were thinking of something different, but every once and a while, I might make the textures if you ask enough xD. *Note* It is reccomended that you make the textures/etc. before PMing me the mods details, or at least a sketch.
Ok, so I'm looking for someone to code a few things, and with you saying stuff about charging seems you are more serious.
So now i ask, If you are willing to do partial mods and or specific requests code?, there are many parts on my mod that needs worked on but i can split them up, I am trying to get more people working on it.
And if you can do a little bit of everything or parts let me know, or if you are even willing to do this let me know.
There is one thing, I would like to know your age, maturity level
Back in Tekkit and 1.6.4, we had so many options for item ban systems. We had TekkitRestrict, TekkitCustomizer, NoItem, ItemRestrict, and BanItem. Lately, since the dawn of the game registry and the death of static IDs, we are unable to ban items/blocks from mods. Some mods, like ForgeEssentials and MineTweaker 3, can try to remove recipes, but that only works on crafting table or furnace recipes, and even then it only works sometimes.
What I propose is a recreation of the old ban systems that allow server admins to ban crafting, ownership, usage, and placement of blocks/items. It would be for MC 1.7.10, and use the game registry instead of numerical IDs. (minecraft:stone) As a bonus, it could even allow configurable ban reasons to tell players when they are prevented from using, crafting, or placing an item.
Please let me know if you would be interested in making such a system!

TekkitRestrict, TekkitCustomizer, NoItem, ItemRestrict, and BanItem are all Bukkit Plugins and I am not focusing on Bukkit until we find out whats going to happen to the site. I'm sure somebody would be glad to code this at this website. -> Bukkit Requests
@greyjusticar
Well, thank you for complimenting me and I will be sure to PM you and see further details on your Idea.
I am looking for someone who can make a mod (no textures needed). The mod makes it so that blocks that are not connected to more than fifty blocks (if you can configurable number) it will fall. DM me if you are interested, 90% of the curseforge points will go to you. Version 1.12.2
