While the world is loading on my server, I get a crash about MFR and relighting chunks. It works fine without MFR, so it definately is being caused by MFR. I would really like to have this mod in my pack though so please respond.

Description: Exception in server tick loop
java.lang.NullPointerException: Exception in server tick loop

A detailed walkthrough of the error, its code path and all known details is as follows:
Well.... both - MFR & CoFH are not really known for running smooth in 1.7.10 atm. Both mods are in Beta and the versions you're using are merely a week old. Also it isn't really obvious, against what exact Forge-Version they are built...
What I'm seeing is that MFR interferes with some thing in CoFH - so it's probably an issue with their mods are not that compatible as they should. You can ask the devs or have a look, if the error is known on their site but the only solution for now will probably only be to wait for a fix, or downgrading to the previous versions of both mods, that should work together.
Well the TeamCoFH mods are open source so in the build.xml file, it will show all the information you need to know about which forge version they were built on. I can't seem to find the MFR code though. I found this, but it's been abandoned because now it's a TeamCoFH mod. It doesn't use the normal method of defining the mod, and does not have the version of Forge that it was built on either. :/
Unrelated. That's a warning from Tinker's Construct. We don't kwo how compatible CofH mods are with Caouldron.
This is true, Team CoFH mods have nothing to do with Mantle and Natura and TConstruct. Just because mDiyo doesn't support Cauldron doesn't mean that all other mods don't. (FYI: They call it Cauldron now.) And anyways, it's a public server so I need to use Cauldron to keep players under control and Cauldron is the most compatible, best Forge/Bukkit mix.
