The skin used is the skin you (or whoever was added as a NPC)has right now.
So if you want Theamericanpilot to have a 'spacy' skin, you(I'm guessing you're the theamericanpilot) need to get a spacy skin yourself
Oh, and I'm curious, but how big is the list of 'developers and certain long-time fans/associates'?
Also, since you said you need more names, wondering, but can you post names of people you would like as an NPC?

I love this mod! If I may make a quick suggestion? It'd be neat if there was somewhere we could look to see who all is currently in the mod! I know that'd be a bit of work to keep up-to-date, so I understand if you don't actually do it, but it'd still be pretty neat. Also! I'd like to submit my name for being added!
