I was thinking the other day and i realized i can do just about anything in MC. make map or server. install mod or map , ETC. but the one thing i don't know how to do is make a mod. Can somebody please help . Maybe tell me the name of a program that doesn't require muck coding or explain how to code.

Firstly, you won't get far if you don't want to code, there are a handful of programs that require 0 programming, such as MCreator, but they are incredibly limited, incredibly hated on the forums, make you look like a lazy developer, and generally are a bad idea to be used.
Anyways, you should start by looking at some simple Java tutorials. Minecraft is programmed within Java, and as such, your mod will have to be in Java (actually not true, Forge, which is an API / MPI (Application Programming Interface and Modification Programming Interface, respectively) I recommend you use for your mod, has the ability to load mods that use any language that works off of the JVM and can survive the obfuscation process, one example being Scala, but I don't suggest you do this as it can be a pain to manage at times). You'll probably be better off diving into modding with some Java knowledge, rather than none at all, even if it is just the bare basics. You should be able to find some very detailed tutorials online, and on Youtube.
Once you feel you're good enough in Java, start by looking at simple tutorials for Forge, or whatever MPI you wish to use, note that if you use Forge, there aren't many very detailed tutorials, and for the most part you'll learn about Forge by experimenting yourself and looking at the Forge source code, to see what's available to you, or how you can do things, etc.
Don't jump in expecting to be able to make the next Thaumcraft, it'll just lead to stress and hair being pulled out, trust me. Slowly work your way up, start from the basics and work your way up to the advanced. Also, there won't be tutorials for certain things, for the most part you will need to take a problem, say making an energy net (energy network), and break it down step-by-step, like say for the energy net, how will the energy be transferred, will the energy balance out between the devices connected, will it act as a sink, flowing to the nearest device, etc. Energy nets are especially something you will want to break down into logical steps.
Good luck!
