Buildcraft 1.6.4 Quarry Crafting Issue

The quarry will not craft as shown in the picture below. NEI also does not show any crafting recipe for the quarry when the "show recipe" hotkey is used. Help? I really need this quarry to advance in the world at a reasonable pace...

Try deleting your buildcraft config file.

Thanks! I deleted the config file and it was recreated afterwards, and the problem was fixed!
