buildcraft.BuildCraftEnergy$1BiomeIdException: You have a Biome Id conflict at 215 for oilOcean
Open the Buildcraft config in notepad and change the biome id of oilOcean at the top of the file. I don't know the limits on biome ids, so don't go too high.
It may be because it's 1.7.x that mods that normally don't conflict, have.

Could you put that in simple terms? sorry im new to minecraft
In .Minecraft/configs, or wherever you have your Minecraft installation, look for the buildcraft folder. In here should be a file. For 1.6, at least, this will be called main.conf. in main.cfg, there should be a line at the top under biomes, I:OilOcean=160. Change this to a different number, I really don't know which one. Keep trying until something works. Do you know where .Minecraft is? you can search for %appdata%, click on Roaming, and .Minecraft should be at the top. I hoped I helped!
Also, as an explanation, what is happening is that a mod already has the biome i.d. 160, so another mod can't have it. You can't have two biomes with an ID. of 160, because Minecraft would crash. Which it does. So, you have to change the id.My mistake.t's .Minecraft/config. I didn't think this would cause any trouble, but just to make sure. Happy Minecrafting!

NO kidding, i figured it out right when you posted this but thanks alot! you deserve a medal for that response! keep posting, its people like you that make minecraft better.
Uhhh... Thank you a lot! I guess that I have had a lot of experience telling people how to do this. I have friends who don't know a lot about how Minecraft mods work, so I'm here explaining things to them, trying to help them understand over Skype. I guess it paid off, right? I'm very glad that you figured it out by yourself. One thing I can't figure out are these banners! I have no clue how these people do this. Is there something I'm missing? (I'm getting of topic...) But anyway, have a good night!
