Egg hatching soon! KEEP WATCH! Please help?

A message keeps appearing on my screen in minecraft, telling me about an egg that's going to hatch soon. It's from the Mo' Creatures mod (one of the best ever.) Word for word it says this;

'Egg hatching soon! KEEP WATCH! The hatched creature will be lost if you leave the area'

I was just wondering what it means and what egg and so on...

Sorry if it's an easily answered question

It means a creature egg is about to hatch near you. If you want the creature to be tamed by you, you have to stay near it.
