ok is there any mod out there that doesn't need modloader, forge, WinRAR (or any archive thing) just a mod that you download and that's it nothing else.
No. If you install forge first, then all you do, with forge mods, is put them in the mods folder. You can try a custom launcher though, such as MagicLauncher.
