Soo... did you delete meta-inf?
did you drag and drop all the files int minecraft.jar?
did you get the universal version of minecraft forge?
did you make shure that forge was updated to 1.4.7?
Could you be more specific about the problem? I also recommend you to create a new thread for your problem and post the 'Forgemodloader-client-0.log' which is in your .minecraft folder.
Also, post it in this format:

It would be alsome if you can make a copy of your minecraft jar and send it to me
I found out that your supposed to delete META-INF from minecraft.jar before you install forge, and then forge has it's own META-INF file, which should be kept.
Mine freezes too. It freezes in black right after the white mojang page. I also had this happen on the same day:
2013-03-18 19:17:55 [WARNING] [ForgeModLoader] Found an un-manifested jar file in the coremods folder : CodeChickenCore-1.5.1.jar, it will be ignored.
2013-03-18 19:17:55 [FINEST] [ForgeModLoader] Found a candidate coremod Not-Enough-Items-Mod-1.5.1.jar
2013-03-18 19:17:55 [WARNING] [ForgeModLoader] Found an un-manifested jar file in the coremods folder : Not-Enough-Items-Mod-1.5.1.jar, it will be ignored.
Thats the only bad stuff in the fill it told me to look at. It was a "Fatal Error"
Also, just a little hint on a problem I had with Forge loading properly, check inside your .minecraft folder for a folder called lib and inside that folder there should be 4 files after Forge tries to load the 1st time. These files are Java necessary files, .fml loader -> Forge wouldn't download and install these files properly they are titled as followed, argo-2.25.jar,asm-all-4.0.jar, bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar and guava-12.0.1.jar.
If these 4 files are in the lib folder then no worries this isn't the problem.
The file that gave me trouble was the bcprov-jdk15on-147.jar file.
Lastly, if you are running 64-bit windows but use a 32-bit browser the version of Java you have
installed may only be 32-bit... you will need to install the 64-bit version of Java as well. If you're
not sure just remove all installations of Java and DL both 32-bit & 64-bit and
re-install them the current version is jre-7u17

Me personally, I'm staying with 1.4.7 for now... 1.5 is very new and IMO things are probably still buggy.

If you use MCpatcher, go into it, hit the + down near patch, and find wherever you saved the Zip that Forge came in.
Otherwise, it might be a conflict with non-Forge mods like Toomanyitems.
did you drag and drop all the files int minecraft.jar?
did you get the universal version of minecraft forge?
did you make shure that forge was updated to 1.4.7?
please reply...

It would also be awesome if people understood why piracy is wrong. Seeing as you haven't paid, I don't know why people are wasting time helping you.
