The problem is that first don't use ModloaderMP because it is not needed for Industrialcraft and a lot of other mods; also you are using the wrong version of ModloaderMP. Second don't use Modloader because industrialcraft uses Minecraft Forge; the reason industrialcraft uses Minecraft Forge is because Forge has more features that industrialcraft needs and Forge mods are built differently compared to Modloader mods. Also Minecraft Forge contains its own version of Modloader and ModloaderMP so you only need Minecraft Forge and industrialcraft-2_1.109.113-lf.jar
Minecraft has stopped running because it encountered a problem; ModLoader has failed to initialize.

#1. don't steal someone elses thread next time, create a new topic, preferably with a better title.
#2. Look at the crash report, notice the part about "Please include a copy of that file (Not this screen!) if you report this crash to anyone; without it, they will not be able to help fix the crash"
#3. When posting a huge wall of text or large images, place it inside spoiler tags:

#4. Your answer:
Minecraft Version: 1.4.7
ModLoader 1.4.7
mod_ModLoaderMp 1.3.2v1 <- this is for minecraft version 1.3.2, very few versions of minecraft mods are compatible with other minecraft versions.
The latest version of Natural Disasters is 1.6_2 ( for Minecraft 1.4.2)
All versions need to match.
The last server version is for Minecraft 1.2.5 (this one needs ModloaderMP)
For single player it is 1.4.2 (This one only needs Modloader)
Versions must match!
If you want to try older mods on older versions of Minecraft, have a look at MultiMC. It is available for Windows, Mac, & Linux.
Also, I notice your using TMI(TooManyItems), you might want to look at Link Removed, it seems to play nicer with a lot more mods.
