Here we go, Back up your minecraft, Delete minecraft, Force update, Download http://www.skydaz.co...inecraft-1-4-5/ at download .exe, Run it, Click install, Wait...... Done, Test it out! Add more mods! this comes with not enough items, yaya!

Open up %appdata%
Browse to .minecraft/bin
Open up minecraft.jar with WinRAR.
Drag and drop the necessary files into the jar.
Delete the META-INF folder in the jar.

http://www.skydaz.com/toomanyitems-mod-installer-for-minecraft-1-4-5/
This installs too many items + modloader,
did you force update minecraft/delete the .minecraft folder? make sure when you force update it's 1.4.5
Thanks a lot, jabezxa, really!
Fronoco.
I just tested it myself, It worked. Make sure you delete the whole .minecraft folder in C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\.Minecraft
Maybe I should add TMI to my installer..
