Techne occasionally has this quirk when you export and the texture res is not default (64 X 32)
The problem happens in the model file: all the modelrenderers have incorrect texture coordinates. (which is why it be screwing up) The fix is not so simple, as I have yet to figure out just how the texture coordinates work manually, but what I suggest is try making the texture fit on a 64 X 32 texture, set that in techne and export again. Even if it doesn't try anyway to see if it fixes the offset problem.
When ever i spawn my mob he looks like this :

but it cant be since it works in techne
