So for awhile now there has been the Random Mobs patch allowing texture packs to include more then 1 texture for each mod, which is really cool, and while working on my servers texture pack I got this idea from this.

Would it be possible to patch/mod the textures or whatever so that there can be random armor textures? Like 5 different textures for leather, chain, iron, gold, and diamond armors? I just think this would be really amazing if possible?

Also since we can include a default steve texture, can there be random steve textures to?

And wants to do it. Would be pretty awesome for rpg servers, able to have multiple sets of armor!
