So how do mods work when you open a single player world to LAN? Suppose my friend and I both have the client of the Secret Rooms mod installed, and he joins my world. Will the blocks that the mod adds be there?
I mean, I just don't know how this process works. Could someone give me an overview of how to put it together?
(Really what I want to do here is play the Ruins of the Dead map with my friends, but I want to use a mod that disables Creepers. (If the redstone gets messed up, the whole map breaks) I just want to make it so that that works for all of us and we can use the intended purpose of the mod. Does that make sense?)
