Can someone please help me?
I have had no problem with forestry, but on DW20's thread, it said to use 1.4.8.0. When i tried installing that version, and versions higher, Minecraft would get a white screen, but with no error. Nothing would happen. I have the correct version of forge, and buildcraft too. 1.4.6.2 Seems to work just fine, but not the version that direwolf has. Does anyone know what to do?

did you make sure to delete the older version before installing the newer one?

Sorry, i guess you didn't see that I was experimenting, and the latest version of forestry works fine on it's own, with buildcraft and other mods. It just makes a white screen while using all the other DW20 mods, with no error message. I did try several different versions, and none of them worked D; but thanks for your help

upgrade forestry to 1.4.8.6 and try that
Thanks, it worked. But for some reason when I load my world there's a huge lag spike, which is not in the newly created worlds... Hmm... Beats me why's that, but meh I could always start a new world, Thanks though!

Then i really don't know what your issue is, get an error report and i'll try to help you fix the issue but without that there's really nothing i can do except try to guess what may fix and issue you may or may not be having.

The white screen occurs during an api clash when the mods are loading. The best way i know to resolve this is to install your mods 1 at a time and booting minecraft up between each install. When the screen goes white, you just found out that an api from a core mod was changed and the addon (or any other mod that uses that api) are differant for the last mod you installed.
Is there any specific problem with posting a modpack (for server AND client) with almost all mods DW uses? (ie. modpack for serverLP)

Alright. After changing all the block id's for thaumcraft (and the chunk loader from teleport pipes, for some reason) I resolved all the block id crashes. Creating a world and then opening the inventory, I get this.

And yes i am.
I have had no problem with forestry, but on DW20's thread, it said to use 1.4.8.0. When i tried installing that version, and versions higher, Minecraft would get a white screen, but with no error. Nothing would happen. I have the correct version of forge, and buildcraft too. 1.4.6.2 Seems to work just fine, but not the version that direwolf has. Does anyone know what to do?

upgrade forestry to 1.4.8.6 and try that
Sorry, i guess you didn't see that I was experimenting, and the latest version of forestry works fine on it's own, with buildcraft and other mods. It just makes a white screen while using all the other DW20 mods, with no error message. I did try several different versions, and none of them worked D; but thanks for your help
Thanks, it worked. But for some reason when I load my world there's a huge lag spike, which is not in the newly created worlds... Hmm... Beats me why's that, but meh I could always start a new world, Thanks though!

Retired StaffThen i really don't know what your issue is, get an error report and i'll try to help you fix the issue but without that there's really nothing i can do except try to guess what may fix and issue you may or may not be having.
How do I get an error report? It seems that it never loads.
The white screen occurs during an api clash when the mods are loading. The best way i know to resolve this is to install your mods 1 at a time and booting minecraft up between each install. When the screen goes white, you just found out that an api from a core mod was changed and the addon (or any other mod that uses that api) are differant for the last mod you installed.
I have spent 13 hours today going through configs, excel sheets, a decompile or 2, api clashes, redownloading a differant forge build (complete restart of progress about 4 hours in), to get a working server and client with 36 mods (according to FML) which include,

Retired Staffchange block id 249 and you should be fine.
Alright. After changing all the block id's for thaumcraft (and the chunk loader from teleport pipes, for some reason) I resolved all the block id crashes. Creating a world and then opening the inventory, I get this.
