Ok first off i would like to say that this is the wrong section of the forum for asking help like this OR this should be on the actual water-shader mod forum page.
this is not a modloader installation (dont drop in the mods folder) and as such the files require being in the minecraft.jar HOWEVER the watershader mod stores the shader folder in the bin so if you put the shader folder in the jar you need to move it out back to the bin.

this happens to me even if i only have modloader and nothing else, so i have no idea wtf is wrong...this happens to me even if i only have modloader and nothing else, so i have no idea wtf is wrong...I also have the same problem, i cant use any mods that require modloader, and its pissing me off, i only have modloader in my minecraft.jar, and dont have any other mods, and yet i get the same error:
