Close to my desert outpost, there is a purplish black obilisk. It looks sort of like a cricket bat shoved handle first into the ground. Sparklies fly off of it, and terrible moans and growls can be heard when you approach it. I can only assume the sounds are coming from somthing nasty underground.
Does anyone know what this is? I have Yogbox installed, if it makes a difference. Thanks!
it´s part of the mod "thaumacraft", was it surrounded by mycellium?

If so, it's a ThaumCraft ancient obelisk. Place a thaum condenser next to it.
