When my friends and I work on our map on my friends' server, we use the Last Days texture pack and sound pack. Whenever I want to play on my Single player world, I use Sphax PureBDCraft texture pack, and the sound mod doesn't go along with it at all. I'd rather not have to delete my entire Bin folder and resources, then force update because the sounds always have to reload. I've tried just saving backups but they never work. Is there a quicker and easier way to uninstall sound packs for quicker switching?
The game only reads the folder called "Resources" as well as the .jar called "minecraft"
Basically, rename the soundpack jar something other than minecraft, and the soundpack resource folder something other than resources. Then just switch them in and out for when you want to change from soundpack to vanilla.

I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unknown to death, Nor known to life
Have withstood pain to create many weapons
Yet, those hands will never hold anything
So as I pray, Unlimited Blade Works
