I'm trying to create a subclass of Wolf similar to the wild and tamed system.
The public void to set wolfs as tamed uses bytes, and I haven't come across this before. If I wanted to make the iswolftamed into a variable with more than 2 options, or add another boolean to it, what would I need to do with the following:

I was donloading a mod for minecraft. But when I was done I forgot to delete the META-INF folder. I tried to delete it but it won't allow me. The mod I downloaded was The clay Soldier Mod.
Delete the bin and resources run minecraft and reinstall deleting meta-inf first. Also did you make sure you installed modloader if not do that before you install the mod but after you delete the meta inf
I don't think asking this requiresd code. I want to make it so that dirt will sometime drop my item from modloader, exactly like gravel drops flint.
I made the mod, it works in game. I added "public stated Item rock" (its a rock im adding) to items.java, and I blockdirt.java is change to drop to randomly drop (the same code at the end of gravel to drop flint, but instead of flint I put rock). When I hit dirt sometimes it will break, the other times it freezes. How is it supposed to be done?

From what you say you aren't using modloader. You should check out the tutorial section for learning modloader then come back if you still need help.
You called it mod_Amethysts, instead of mod_Amethyst

Alrite, i got a question. I've actually posted a topic on this issue but it seems like other ppl can/will only help, within the first hour of topic creation.
Anyways.
I need your help to make a code snippit for me.
Lets say i have Beer, and a Bottle. I would put the Beer into the Bottle, and i would have a Beer Bottle. Now, i would be able to drink the Beer Bottle, and after that, i should receive the Bottle. TLDR; Have a food (or any healing item) return another item when used.
I've tried to use the .setContainerItem(Bottle) but that didn't work either. But neither did it give an error.
If you can help me with this, or ask some of your pro modder friends, i'd be you forever grateful, and you'll get credits in my mod if it gets released.
