That is not how seeds work.

Seeds merely generate terrain when creating a world, this will not have anybodies buildings or anything. What you are referring to is a world save, or more commonly the download.

What do you know how to make IcyRelic?

So I am sure you know how to make block's like glowstone but different colors?

Alright, I shall put you on the team. Can you make colorful glowstone ore's but turn the brightness of the glow down a little bit on them and make the colors, light blue, light green, and light purple? That would be great.

It is nowhere close to done, which is good, nobody wants a bad pandora.
