When I Make A Block And Test It, When I Go Into My Inventory And Put My Mouse Over It I Get, "Unknown"...
I Want To Know How To Actually Name Something I Made.

look at the lang folder in your minecraft.jar. Modifying the file inside is how you add tooltips.
