So when I got the new version of MCP, I was pretty excited to be able to make ModLoader mods on the fly, and not having to download and install ModLoader. I though it comes with it, but for some reason when I try to do an extension of the class BaseMod, I can't because it doesn't exist. I tried googling it, but to no avail. So I went here and asked, what should I do/what am I doing wrong?
When I do that, it says "!! Modified jar detected. Unpredictable results !!" It still decompiles, but I'm not sure that it's using the deobfuscation tables correctly.

I really need to get MCP to work for my mods, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm modding MineCraft with ModLoader and putting the bin and resources files into jars, but I get this error log. When I do it without ModLoader, it works just fine.

So installing ModLoader on the inputted minecraft.jar should work correctly?
