I have a TON of mods that I want to use. Is there way to COMBINING the contents of a Class file to accommodate each mod?

EDIT: What do I use to edit .class files?

Technically you can. You can use any text editor (just make sure it saves as .java), any decompiler to decompile the mods (like Java Decompiler, to make .java files), and any compiler to recompile everything (like Eclipse, to make .class files).
