There you guys go again with this legal crap. You should know GK really doesn't care what is legal and what is illegal. By the way if you taken the time to read our TOS you'd know that.
Gamekiller.net and does not take any sort of liability for any content made or posted by its users.
Gamekiller.net does not own anything posted by its users.
Alright lets quit with this whole legal and illegal scenario, it's getting quite old to be honest. If you haven't noticed GK is a hacking related forum it deals with plenty of ''illegal'' things. That my friend is why we have off shore hosting.
You're fortunate it's a small community then, no large companies pay any notice to you. Once someone you are committing a crime against DOES start to pay attention, well... run.

You can´t put a clause on your "site", which is itself invalid due to the common laws, and then think, it would prevent you from any legal action.
To reiterate what I said before that wouldn't be acceptable, and I will be checking in a moment for any adfly links.
Even so, that is only tackling half the issue. If the creator of the mod explicitly states that they would like it removed, then it is not legal to ignore that request. In the first place, it is technically illegal to post the mods on the site anyway without the creator's permission.

Okay dude, you can continue to argue and bring up your 'fake' GK moderator buddy, but it's not going to prove anything. This IS plagiarism (I also don't care if you think I don't know what it is, because I do. I've gone to school), and it's not legal to do this without permission. With any excuse that you can make up, legal action can still be taken UNLESS you go through every mod you've posted and personally asked permission to put up the mod on your forum.

I suggest you quit while you still have some E-Dignity.
Lol... you lost all your 'E-Dignity' then moment you first posted in this thread. No, the moment you got on the internet. You're just proving to us what kind of people you are at GK. Immature thieves, who answer every question or comment with a string of incomprehensible (copy and paste that into Google to find out what it means) words, which are more often than not just swear words (your first post in this thread is a good example).
Why don't you go and show this thread to the owners of GK? Let's see if they're any better than you.

By the way, when I mentioned the host, I was talking about the REGISTERED COMPANY that hosts the site, not a single person. If they do not act according to their TOS, they can have their licensing terminated. Either way, your site goes down. Checkmate.

This! =D
Except the multi billion dollar company nexon.
Then prepare for your precious site to be shut down. Seriously, you can't hold up this argument when you ADMIT you're committing a crime against us.
Lets make this more interesting how about a $100 wager?

I laughed out loud. For real. haha
Because that isn't for show at all.
He doesn't already have an account on GK :awe:
It isn't when someone expressly sends a complaint, such as I just did.
You aren't the first.

We should post this on Reddit, and get a couple thousand people to send complaints. :tongue.gif:
The more the merrier.
