is this a bug/glitch? it was snowing outside and then i went inside my house but it still was snowing inside but its all secure in my home so no snow can get inside.

The way the weather decides if you're "inside" or not is by determining if there is a block above you, excluding glass. If you have a glass roof, or no roof at all, it will not consider your house "inside." The glass thing will be fixed in the next update.
*EDIT
has been fixed, just update to the most recent version

Updated again, snow now falls and the weather is biome specific.
Lol I didn't pay much attention in world geo and I don't know what all the included biomes are, so some of them might not be right- enjoy.
ModLoader version is on it's way! You should be able to use WeatherMod along with ModLoader flawlessly when I'm done.
Someone give me a couple mods they want tested with it?

Giving this mod a shot on a fresh start, will update later with yay or nay. Hopefully yay because this is seemingly too good to be true.
[EDIT] Works pretty well but the biomes seem a little clunky lol.. I had it rain and snow in the same area.. I'm uploading pics of this onto my photobucket, here's the link to check it out. I tried to take the screen shots all in succession to show what it really looks like.
Also it shows the rain/snow stopping when I get underneath a dirt block, so maybe with some new rain textures this will be really sweet. I'm loving this! [/EDIT =D] http://s1179.photobucket.com/albums/x393/Drogula/Misc%20pics/
This will be my first time adding a mod using ModLoader... So... how do you add a modloader mod? (specifically the WeatherMod)
To install weather mod, follow the instructions here, and then to install WeatherMod:
First backup your .minecraft/bin folder, its always nice to know if you mess up you have an extra.
Download from the link in the OP
Unzip the contents of the file
Move to the contents into the minecraft.jar file that you put ModLoader in, in the same way as ModLoader
Enjoy!

The Weathermod is great mate, would use it but alas like many great mods this clashes with another great mod, Wildgrass but hey that's the nature of modding Minecraft!

No sir, the nature of modding is getting around these sorts of problems, which I have proven to be very good at. Your mod is on the way.
Edit- There seems to be a lot of different version of WildGrass, which one specifically do you want?

This mod works fine with the Wild-Grass 'ModLoader' version...
Alright I'm having an issue of my own now, hopefully there's a fix. When you walk into water while it's raining the rain still continues sometimes. I figured out that the rains not brighter lol it's just a lot more noticeable in the water.
seems when u use the coral reef addon and this one togather it bugs and u get a error when loading the map
Would you mind linking me to the thread for this mod?
@Drogula
Updated. You should no longer see weather when completely submerged, however it's kind of slow to come back after you come to the surface again. Not too big of a deal though.

Updated again lol, greatly reduces the lag caused by weather, fixes a small glitch with the snow sticking to the ground, and improves the weather graphics a bit

What happens when it rains? i lost the torches?
Do the burning logs stop burnng?
And what happens when it snows?
Do the burning logs stop burning?
DO THE SNOWS STICKS TO THE GROUND?
If so, does the rain removes it? cuz i dont want to have my non-snowy cities like snowy places.
And last thing, does this mod increases lag/decreases performance?
Please reply, i want to download, but i need to make sure what exactly happens with this mod.
Snow does stick, rain doesn't put out torches or any flame including lava...or melt the snow that sticks on the ground.. Here's an example of how my save looks now after about 6 days of snow/rain.
It's not much coverage as of yet but I haven't had much snow fall.. it's been raining for days now and I kinda wish it made puddles and filled buckets..I haven't noticed any fps drops when it starts and I play on a crap-top. (Lap-top that's crappy)

I guess I can put in the snow-removal, but as far as puddles and filling buckets I'm not so sure about. I'm playing on a "crap-top" as well and WeatherMod makes me lag xD

Sorry you are right this works fine with Wildgrass but you have to reapply Wildgrass after installing Weathermod otherwise the grass blocks are invisible.
Also BetterLight/Better Grass needs to also be reapplied.
Uhh, what all did you do when you installed it? Did you not delete the meta-inf?
