Yes, I know this is very disorganized, I do plan on making this organized if this gets some popularity and if you guys like my ideas, but at the moment my goal is just to get these ideas out so you people can tell me if you like them or not. Please feel free to post your ideas on here, if you have an original idea that I like, I'll post it on here.
Reinforced Glass
Reinforced glass looks similar to regular glass (not exactly sure how it would look) but it has a much stronger explosion resistance than regular glass (or most blocks for that matter,) and is much harder to break. Reinforced Glass block are made by smelting a sandstone block in a furnace. If it were compatible with SDK's gun mod, maybe it would be explosion/bulletproof?
Half Tiles
I know that there is a mod that adds glass Half Tiles, but I haven't seen one that add these kinds, if there already is one please tell me.
Maybe sand, dirt, and mossy cobble Half Tiles too?
Brick Pressure Plate:
It would be made like this:
[] [] []
[] [] []
This would be very useful for making a TNT trap in a brick house, as it would make it much harder to distinguish a TNT block from a brick block. It would also be useful for aesthetic purposes if you have a brick house.
Flying Skeleton:
Look: The flying skeleton looks like a regular skeleton, except it has a pair of wings.
Location: The flying skeleton spawns mainly above ground, although it may rarely spawn underground if there is a very open area.
Behavior: The flying skeleton is always hostile towards you. It can see you from much further away than the regular skeleton.
Attributes: The flying skeleton has a much faster moving speed. It's arrows do less damage, although they knock you back more. It would drop 1-3 arrows, and occasionally a bow. Killing a flying skeleton with a sword is difficult, since moving toward an attacking flying skeleton will cause it to move in the opposite direction, although it moves slightly slower than you when moving backwards, so it's not impossible.
Weather:
Foggy:
Randomly set the Render Distance to normal, short, or tiny.
Overcast:
Render Distance would be normal, and the sky would be completely covered in clouds, blocking the sun.
Sunny Day:
Max render distance with no clouds.
Rain Storm: Rain but no lightning. Rain lasts random periods of time, and if it lasts long enough it can cause flooding. When it rains, overcast is automatically toggled. There would be a few different levels of rain, for example, some rain storms would start light, and then get more intense, whereas some would start lightly raining and never get any more intense. Lower intensities would take more time to flood, and higher intensities would take less time.
Lightning storm: These are the same as rain storms, except they also have lighting. Lightning has a much higher chance of hitting places in higher up areas. Lightning hitting trees causes a forest fire, lightning hitting water causes anything inside the body of water to be electrocuted, lightning hitting you causes instant death (unless you are wearing diamond or hide armor) wearing iron or gold armor just makes things worse and causes everything in your inventory (except for the iron armor) to get fried. Lightning can be used to power redstone, and can also travel through redstone, meaning a tower of redstone going into the water could be used to harvest items from mobs. Lightning hitting glass also has a very small chance of creating a diamond blocks.
Of course, there are plenty other types of possible weather, but I didn't want to take up too much space.
Invisible/Superhard obsidian: Unlike regular obsidian, this obsidian can't break unless a diamond pickaxe is used. One block of superhard obsidian is made like this:
[] [] []
[]
[]
Smelting one block of superhard obsidian in a furnace will make one block of invisible obsidian, which has the same attributes as superhard obsidian, except is 100% invisible. Also, smelting will take 4 uses instead of 1, meaning one coal can make about 2 blocks of invisible obsidain.
Seeds in leaves:
Hitting leaves will give a small chance (much smaller than using a hoe on grass) of giving seeds.
Fruit trees:
When a tree is planted, it will have a small chance of turning into a fruit tree. The different types of trees would be strawberry, peach, and banana. Fruit can be harvested by clicking on them when you aren't holding anything in your hands, or else they will be destroyed. Putting a single fruit in your inventory or in a workbench will give you seeds, which, when planted, have a 90% chance of making a fruit tree. Fruit can be blended using a blender. Different types of smoothies would heal different amounts. This would introduce a few different items:
[]
[]
= 1 cup (can be used separately to hold smoothie or make a blender)
[] []
= Base of blender
[] [] []
[] []
[] [] = Blender ( = cup and = base of blender)
[] []
[] [] [] <--------------------- This is where 1,2 or all 3 types of fruit go.
[] [] ( = blender and = cup)
In the middle row in the image above,
1 fruit looks like this:
[] []
2 looks like this:
[]
and 3 looks like this:
When a cup with a smoothie inside is right clicked, the smoothie goes away but the cup can be reused.
A smoothie with...
1 fruit heals 4
2 fruit heals 6
3 fruit heals 8
Cups that aren't holding smoothies can be stacked, but cups that are can't be.
Blenders do have a limited durability, but they can be repaired by simply putting one block of iron above the blender, like this:
[] [] []
[] []
[] [] ( = blender)
Grass seeds:
Right clicking on grass will turn it into dirt, and give you a small chance of collecting a grass seed (not to be confused with wheat seeds.) Placing a grass seed on dirt will cause grass to grow (if there is light.) It will spread like regular grass once it grows.
Lonsdaleite:
This block, even rarer than diamond, can only be mined (or broken) using a diamond pickaxe.) Mining this uses 2 durability. Lonsdaleitec can be used to make tools, which have 58% more durability than diamond. Once mined, Lonsdaleite cannot be placed. 9 blocks of Lonsdaleitec can be put in workbench to make a 100% unbreakable block, called an anti-matter block, which can be placed.
= 1 anti-matter block ( = Lonsdaleitec)
More Flowers:
This mod would add a few new types of flowers, purely for decoration with no crafting use. Blue, pink, white, green, purple, orange, and black would be added.
Flying Creeper:
Only spawn on hard difficulty, the flying creeper explodes instantly, but only if it is directly touching you. Hitting it with a sword or a bow will cause it to be knocked back. When a flying creeper is killed, it will drop either 4 sand and 5 gunpowder, 8 sand and 10 gunpowder, or 12 sand and 15 gunpowder.
Disguised Creeper:
This creeper looks exactly like a pig, except it has a few rips in it's suit where you can see green, you can also see a zipper on it's back. It acts like and has the same drops as the regular creeper. It also makes no noise, so if you see a pig but don't hear one, start running.
Colored Glass:
With this mod you could now color glass in the same way you can color wool. Colored glass would have a slight tinge of the dye you used, and other than the color, would have the same attributes as regular glass.
Ability to Grow Pumpkins:
Putting a single pumpkin in the crafting grid will allow you to convert it into pumpkin seeds, which you can plant in tilled soil. If given water, light, and enough space, it will grow into 2-4 new pumpkins. This is useful for people using the Mo' Creatures mod who want to breed their horses but have trouble finding pumpkins.
Wine/grapes:
Grape vines are usually found on trees. Clumps of grapes are harvested by left clicking on them, one clump of grapes drops 3-5 grapes. Grapes can be eaten alone, and heal half a heart each, grapes cannot stack. You can make grape juice by putting 6 grapes above a bowl, as shown here:
[] [] = Grape Juice ( = grape, = bowl)
By putting one wheat above the grape juice, you will make un-fermented wine, which you cannot drink.
You can ferment the wine by making a fermenting tank, made like this:
[]
[]
The fermenting tank is a placable block. You can put the un-fermented wine into it, and it will take a few days for the wine to ferment. Once the wine is fermented, you must make a wine glass to hold the wine in, and place it above the bowl of fermented wine in the crafting screen.
The glass of wine can be used 4 times by right clicking, when wine is used, 5 hearts are healed and your speed is temporarily increased, the wine fermenter can be used an unlimited number of times, although the wine glass will break when all the wine is gone.
Weak Bucket:
A weak bucket can collect water an infinite number of times, and can collect lava only once. If you collect lava, then place down the lava and try to put it back in the bucket it will break. To make this you need 3 blocks of reinforced stone, which is made by smelting strong stone, strong stone is made like this:
Reinforced stone and strong stone can both be placed by right clicking, they cannot be re-collected unless you use an iron or higher pickaxe, although a stone pickaxe will still break them faster than other non-pickaxe items. Once you have 3 reinforced stone, the weak bucket is made like this:
This mod makes it so TNT takes less resources to make. This is for people who don't want to spend a ton of time farming Gunpowder, but don't want it to be too easy using inventory edit. TNT would now be made like this:
Camera Mod
This mod adds a camera to minecraft, which you can take pictures with that you can put on your walls. The first step is making a camera, you need 5 stone, one glass, and one camera electronics. Camera electronics are made like this:
= Camera Electronics ( = Restone Dust, = Glowstone Dust
The camera itself is made like this:
= Camera ( = Camera Electronics)
Right clicking with the camera will take a picture. Cameras can only hold one picture at a time, however they can be used an unlimited number of times. Once a picture is taken, you can extract the picture by putting it in the a crafting slot. Once a picture is extracted it will act as a non-stackable item. If you make a picture processor, you can put the extracted picture with a painting above to make a portrait, you can place this item on walls like regular paintings, except now it's a picture you actually made. A picture processor is made like this:
= Picture Processor ( = Water Bucket, = Lava Bucket)
The picture processor is a placable item.
Brighter Torches:
This mod makes torches much brighter, highly increasing their range.
GPS:
This mod adds a GPS to minecraft. The GPS can have one recorded location at a time. The GPS has an arrow (similar to the compass) that always point toward the set location. The location can be set by right clicking with the GPS in your hand, you can also set it into safemode by right clicking 3 times fast. Safemode can be turned off by right clicking 3 times again. Here's how the GPS is made:
= GPS ( = Redstone Dust)
That's all I have for now, make sure to suggest, critique, and post new ideas you have. At the moment I plan on posting ideas for friendly/neutral mods. Also, please tell me if you think any ideas should be changed or removed, and say why. Make sure to tell me which ideas are your favorite!
PS. I have no experience modding, if I learned how to, I might be able to make a few of these ideas, (2-3 at most,) so don't expect me to be making these anytime soon.
Well, the sandwhiches have been made. There's a thing called search, up there. Anyway, this is all quite awesome-looking stuff. I kind of skimmed through it, because I'm drowsy right now, but what I saw looks good, and probably should be suggested to notch...

Thanks for the reply, I'll go ahead and take the sandwich idea off then.
