Well this cant be too hard...I want the default resolution of the window to be 1280x720, because I have a 900p monitor and down-resing 900p to 720p in videos might not look good...I want the game part to be 720p, not including the bar at the top and sides and bottom...Thanks.
To get it to the proper resolution for recording, I first set it to 1280x720 (which ignores the themed windows and ends up being wrong. I get something like 1216 by 645 or some such random variation.
I then do math - 1280-1216=X, 720-645=Y, 1280+X, 720+Y being the final resolution with the current theme.
I then make a new sizer profile of this new size, and it works great for recording until I decide to change my theme.

No but you right click on the border of the window (with the resizing cursor active) and a little menu with any resolutions you've set pops up. When you click on one it resizes for you.
