Closed Project, I was GOING to release the code, but then I told you I was closing the project and you acted HORRIBLE, I'm NOT releasing the code.
Snow will fall in Snowy Biomes, and if you plant a bucket, and it starts to rain, it will fill up! Bring that umbrella to Nether, the rain might make you lose lives (Only on Easy, Medium, or Hard)!

Progress: 70%
Friday: Just rain in Forests, snow in Snow Biomes, and lava rain in Nether.
Sunday: Rain and falls in buckets, rain stops and starts, like thumder storms.
Tuesday: Umbrellas, Fridges, and anything else that I may have forgotten.
This is a bucket after it rained, the bucket is currently a 2d Sprite, but I'll change that in future versions.
UPDATES:
Umbrellas can be made out of Wood, Cobble, Iron or Diamond, all lasting differnt times.
In Hard, rain will remove redstone.
In Hard, rain will put out torches.

i was actually considering posting that we need this, it is a great idea and maybe you could also add seasons in a pack so sometimes it snows in places and sometimes it doesnt
i am really with this idea ! it looks great to have a falling snow in winter biomes and rain it will be cool man! , are you making it?

Yes man please make snow act like the old snow an regenerate as it falls along with the ice and only have it occur where there's patches of snow (too keep most of the purposely snowless biomes intact). Also it should rain when there's alot of clouds together and it should be strictly cosmetic or maybe not if you can make it not be.

Mob Spawners don't drop keys everytime
As well still need to create an installer and change how maps work slightly (though neither of those are crucial but without either it will be much harder to install and use).

Sounds and looks cool (checked out your vids) you should open up a pay pal for donations like some people are doing here too.
And raining lava in Pain forest. Burns you for 1 heart every minute and sets wood on fire.
