I hate spiders.... i Hate skeleton... --New Update : now we have skeletons RIDING spiders !-
Ok, i gonna hug a creeper.... < don't let them die... click here please^^
I do have a question though - how does one grow pumpkins and flowers?
Right now, growing anything is broken. I believe it is a problem related to the reobfuscation tools in the Mod Creator Pack which I used to make FancyPack, but the force behind MCP is being incredibly prompt and helpful about addressing these problems. They've already created a quickfix for furnaces, and I expect we'll very soon have another fix for growing crops. As soon as that's ready, I'll put out another release with working furnaces (AND the new furnace reactions), improved recipes (better returns for furniture items, each combination makes 4 instead of 3), and fully-working growing crops.

When do you expect an update to make this compatible with Modloader?
Shortly after the aforementioned update. First thing I want to do is get everything working, and after that I'll have the ModLoader compatibility up in short order. I'm going over it now and it doesn't appear too difficult, the Mod Creator Pack already has functionality with ModLoader in mind, thankfully. It makes my job easier!
Is there anyway you could make a half-slab in addition to the full slab you already included in the pack? This way we could add just a little more height to the chair backs, which look a little oddly proportioned.
Just wanted to say though that this is one of the best, most useful mods ever created for the game.

Ah, that's great to know! Thanks.
(And I've only just now noticed that this problem was already discussed on the previous page - somehow I missed it. I feel a little sheepish now. )
I think this only works with 16x16 sets for now. The new items look for their new images in a certain location in the terrain file, so they're not coded to handle larger images.
Hey I was wondering if you could make a carpet block?
The way I was thinking it would work is that a carpet act's/looks like snow, except you make it out of cloth.
The way you would make it is just by having 3 blocks of cloth horizontal to each other.
It could even be dye-able!
Anyway, still digging this mod yo.

This mod is pretty fantastic. The only suggestion I would make would be to have it behave like the fence as far as textures are concerned—just a mesh with an overlay of [insert material here]. That way, it doesn't require modification of the terrain.png and works better with other texture packs.
If this doesn't reflect how the mod works or has already been answered, then I apologize. I didn't want to read the whole thread.

The mod textures work a lot better this way, seeing how you don't HAVE to keep the chair materials the same gold or iron as the iron and gold blocks, giving a lot more customization. It works fine the way it does. The gold, iron, wood, stone tiles take 2 sec to replace if you want to use the same ones your pack uses either way.
Well, I think there ought to be an option to have them work like the fence: More compatible with texture packs out of the box. Then if you want your own textures you can do that too. I'd rather avoid any texture conflicts if possible.
annoyingly large text to get rid of all that tasty invisibility paint
would someone mind posting all the new item ids so i can use this with custom crafting recipes?
this is like the third post in this thread asking for them and being ignore fodder is getting annoying
Version 1.02 Update! CHANGES:
*All crops grow properly now.
*The new furnace recipes (dough, uncooked pottery, etc) have been added back in. Furnaces are still functional.
*Roads no longer send you zipping at lightspeed through the world if you jump on them.
*The recipe to make roads has been changed: Now you simply bake gravel in a furnace, instead of crafting it from cobblestone.
*Furniture now returns 4 items per craft instead of just 3.
*Introduced 2 additional pre-made texture packs: One for Extranoise's Quandary pack (thanks Lilyo!), one for the default Minecraft textures.
*The third flower type (by default, green) no longer grows in the wild. It has to be cultivated by the player.
*Clay deposits have returned to their default size.
*World generation is no longer altered. As a result, Fancypack should now be compatible with the Biome Terrain mod!
This should be compatible with games saved while using previous versions of FancyPack, but you still must do a fresh install. Any worlds you've been making with FancyPack until now should still work with this update, but please, always make backups first!
Strange, I have been growing mushrooms with no problem...
It turns out a broken light check in MCP's reobfuscation code meant that plants which required light would not grow. This is why Black Hybrid Flowers and Mushrooms would grow, but not wheat, pumpkins, or flowers.
Hi sorry for double posting but can you please make a tut for making a throne out of slabs

Nightmares torment me. I can no longer resist the call of the infinite. Their blows rain heavy. My wraithbone cracks. My sight in this world dims. I return to slumber. My soulstone, please take it. Save...the others
Hi sorry for double posting but can you please make a tut for making a throne out of slabs
Someone already responded to you.
Just put down a chair, then put a slab on both sides and on top. For the sides, you should place them while facing away from the chair, and for the top, you should place it while facing from the back of the chair toward the front. This will make sure the slab faces the way you want it to, and lines up with the chair, giving it a tall back and solid sides.

You need 3 Slabs and 1 Chair in order to make a "throne" I find this to be the easiest of throne chairs to set up.
First you set down a chair. Remember, the seat itself faces away from you when you first set it down.
Now, set down two slabs on both sides, setting a slab down should look like this.
And now we have two armrests for the chairs, woo.
Lastly, go behind the actual chair itself and place the 3rd slab on top of the chair. And here is the finished throne chair.
Thank you for the swift reply and again I am sorry for asking again

No use making them go to waste so here:
