Hi, I'm new to creating and designing so I'd thought it'd be fun to create a texture pack, but I don't know how. I found a tutorial on how to find the items, but not how to edit
For example, the texture.png Do i keep everything the same pixel size and just change the pictures?
Also, how do i change 16x16, 32x32, etc.?

Basically, it'd be nice to have details about making a texture pack

Hi! Nice to see people are interested in making texture packs. :biggrin.gif:
To edit the terrain.png, your going to need a program like GiMP, or Photoshop. If you use microsoft paint the transparency will be messed up and you'll have crap all over your screen when you use your pack. And yes, to edit it, you just change the pictures, and you keep the same pixel size unless you want to make a 32x32 pack. I wouldn't know how to change the tile sizes from 16x16 to 32x32 though. You'll have to have someone else elaborate on that for you.

Could some elaborate on 32x32+ textures and how to make them, and how to make animated water too?
