You can actually, either delete the whole folder itself, or you forgot to cancel the 40 day trial thing

Long way:
Extract everything into one folder. Delete META-INF from that folder.
ZIP/RAR everything back, then change the file format to .jar

THen you are done

Or use 7z. But the 40 trial thing is kinda stupid because you can still use it, it just has the stupid nag-screen.
