Ummm, when I try to craft colors it doesn't work. It'll take the materials and give me what appears to be an invisible block... If I select it in the equip bar it takes the place of my hand(ie my hand is gone but I'm not holding anything). Help?

Sounds like you didn't add the .png's
make sure you add items.png to the gui folder and terrain.png to the root of the minecraft.jar
Ive created a 32x32 Cloth that is based on the DOKU RPG cloth texture, Hued or saturated to make it different colours. They are slightly darker to go with the DOKU theme, but you could use them with any pack.
Here are two images. One is the DOKU texutre.png with the cloth added and one is an overlay image for any 32x32 texture pack.
Can anyone upload modified minecraft.jar file please?
It doesn't work for me (stopped at black screen)
... how would posting the .jar file help you? (not even mentioning you're not allowed to post the .jar file)
Delete the .bin folder if you must, run minecraft and then try again. Just put all the files in the minecraft.jar.
Nice dude! We get to finally have some color to our buildings and bases.
Good job!

"More fun than a barrel of monkeys." Has anyone ever stopped to think how cranky, if not downright vicious, a barrelful of monkeys would be, especially once released from the barrel? -Tom Shales
just looked at the terrain.png... the nuke mod is going to look BIZZARE if i use this, but thats okay. but could you possibly make it compatible? teh nuke fills up the first 3 spaces now occupied by :Yellow:.
OVERALL THANK YOU THOUGH!!! lets hope my mom likes a present made of this for her birthday...
wait crap i just realized, it doesnt work with modloader. CRAP. PLEASE MAKE IT COMPATIBLE I REALLY WANT TO USE THIS MOD.
1. locate your appdata folder
2. find where minecraft is inside of it, go to the bin folder
3. open minecraft.jar with 7zip or something of the like, you can just rename it to minecraft.zip and use the windows zip handler if you have file extensions visible
4. delete META-INF folder
5. move the class files from my mod into the jar
5b. If the renaming of minecraft.jar occurred then change the name back to minecraft.jar
6. run minecraft
Hold your horses man, Everything was just changed.
I'm trying to add modLoader support.
I'm also coding up a auto installer for the modding challenged and to make it so none of notch's code is distributed by myself.
It's in the OP.
Notch, ADD MORE FOOD!

Both of these mod's current .class files have the iffx.class file.
I have yet to test it the other way, but putting this mod in on top of the Bridge mod makes me black screen.
Im going to go ask 303 to Combine these two and see if it works for me.
You made my day.
Now I just gotta wait for the Bridge mod conflicting issue to get worked out ><

I could just add it to painterly instead. One less notch file to worry about.
If you could do that, i'd love you for ever...
