Here's a quick guide.
1. Download, install, and open Cheat Engine: http://www.cheatengine.org/
2. Click the Open Process button (looks like a computer).
3. Scroll down, click java.exe.
4. Enter 0x0099CCFF in the Value box.
5. Check the "Hex" box, click First Scan.
6. Click the first result on the left.
7. Click the new row in the bottom section of the window, and enter 0x00444477.
If you want to use a different color. it's like an HTML color code. but with "0x00" at the beginning instead of a #.
This is very cool, and I might use it sometime. When I first saw this, I thought I had to put some spiteful comment in (twilight+ the name "Jacob") But I am impressed.

I also don't see why he can't apply the color of the sky to the texture pack, sure it's cheating and not perfect if you go above sky-level but it works none the less.

Other than that this looks like quite a nice mod I'll have to try it out soon.
@Girls, "twilight" is also a word you'll find in the average dictionary.
it says its not a value or something.
