Whenever I try to upgrade, The server crashes when anyone tries to connect but this isn't a big
concern, considering that I can use the revision 409 without incident.

Umby16: This may or may not help, but one thing about maps is that they have to be both a multiple of 16 and a power of 2, sorry if the map already is, but odd map sizes can cuase the game to crash. Can't think of anything else
Blaxor: What size Map are you using, and if you can, can you pull up the windows event log to see if any event happened? I need some more details to find out the problem.
*Umby24.
and i've never had an issue with abnormal map sizes before, i can dump my level and run it on the official minecraft server with no issue.. as well as (* atm i am using build 390*) of minercpp
Newer version (build 409) still causeing client side disconnect.
bhhenry, here's what it does. If you have a normal block, and delete it with dense/pure mode enabled, the first deletion turns it into pure/dense, the second one deletes it.
If it's already pure/dense, it's deleted on the first click. I can change it, so it always deletes on first click.

It seems like it would be the other way around, as Varriount described -- if the block is pure/dense it should take two clicks to delete, but normal blocks take only one.
No,
- it's one click to turn a block from normal to dense, or to pure.
- it's one click to turn a block from dense to pure
- if the block is already dense/pure, it deletes.
This allows you to turn a single block into dense/pure.
Since people keep asking about it and I have nothing better to do right now, lo, a list of commands by user level:

I think that's everything currently.
I'll update it if there's any changes or errors.
It's HIGHLY experimental, and may crash. I have two servers running with it, both called "! Unison's ...". Go there if you would like to test, but don't want to test with your own server. It's been stable for an hour so far, and has resulted in almost ZERO lag.

Fixed map threading
Uses less RAM

Same here.
Then I decided to dump it and simulate an outside map being imported, and it worked as well.
Then I used my dumped regular map and it didn't work.
Do Illegal blocks count in dumps?
EDIT: I dumped it and then ran my map through Omen - didn't work.
Then I dumped the map revision 410 made and ran the map through Omen. It worked.
My map is 256*64*256
EDIT2: So I made a new map on Omen that was 256*64*256 and it didn't work. Could map size be a problem?

Likely bug fix
It still has the same problem.
I appreciate the work!
Small bug fix. (not the "game broke!" bug)
Who sits down and writes maniacle laughter?
An issue report: when in /dense or /pure mode, when I delete a block it re-appears. It goes away when I delete it twice.

But this is happening with any block I try to delete when dense or pure is on.
