Hi Akira,
I had the same problem by my router too.
My routersettigs to portforwarding alone and the servermessages was "It´s probably down".
Now i set the virtual-server settings too and it works.
I hope this information can help you.
Hi Akira.
What i mean is...some router has a virtual-server setting menue.
You can set your intern ip and your port to the virtual-server settings.
If my virtual-server settigs disabled then come ""It´s probably down" when i start minecraft.
But if the virtual-server settings are enabled, then it works.
my router has the follow description under Virtual-Servermenue: You can configure the router as a Virtual Server allowing remote users to access services such as Web or FTP at your local PC. Depending on the requested service (TCP/UDP) port number, the router will redirect the external service request to the appropriate internal server (located at one of your local PCs).
Upon banning a user today the message that came through was "Amiculi got banned!" That being my own username, the server read as the right person and address being banned though.
This being with the most recently released binary, the release after revision 355.
I've also just had a thought for a suggestion at some point: op speak, or something to that effect. A command for messages to only go to users of X level or higher. It would be great for when you're hidden and trying to communicate while watching potential griefers.

Just private message people?
It makes it hard to communicate with a team of ops and admins typing them to several people over and over. :wink.gif:
It seems to work fine for me for about an hour and a half
then
the server log stops
and you can move around
but text doesn't send
and people don't move.
any help?

I modified the source on my servers on svn 350 to add a function my users love, and then when I checked back, you guys had already updated to svn 360 D=
I love you guys though <3
Oh. Well however they did it was great. I just couldn't believe my eyes when I could clear out a huge portion of map and have water flood it all without lagging out and being able to comment on it while it was happening.
Look what port is set in your server.cfg file and forward it, also check your firewall.
