Psych:
You can do the same thing with the file in the download for Creative. Steps:
Go to Run.
Type in %temp%\www.minecraft.net
Open the "Minecraft" folder.
Right click the Minecraft jar file, and click "Add to Archive" or whatever to WinRAR, 7-ZIP, etc.
Drag and drop the png's where they need to be.
Load up MineCraft in Creative mode.
And there you go.
LG_Legacy: Thanks. This is my first mod ever, it's good to see that someone thinks it's wicked. : )
Nicely done. Seems you did some edits to the brightness values to achieve the Sin City effect as simply discarding color information would never produce results as nice as this.
But why only spider eyes in color? I understand why water must remain what it is, but gold ore could have a nice smattering of color on it. Dunno about full gold blocks, that would have to be tested out.
Duke 2.0: That's actually not a bad idea. I'll do that now.
I decided not to. It's supposed to be Black and White anyway. Except for the spider eyes. :tongue.gif:
My first mod ever, and a pretty simple one at that.

Here's the download:

Note: The water is only black and white outside of the map. Just for looks.

If you mean the edited png's into the Minecraft folder, you just drag them in.
Follow Zuriki's tutorial.

So no.
And, no one else has been lazy enough to make this, so I did.
