Your spelling is off, so I'll do my best to get what you mean.
Port Forwarding is opening your modems firewall so you can recieve packets. It's like downloading, only quicker. If you would like to forward your ports, go into the IRC and ask for help; there are alot of people there that can help you. Otherwise; I can give you what I know with the limited knowlege I have of your situation.
Hold the flag button by left-control. Press R.
In the Run menu, type "cmd"
In the cmd menu, type "ipconfig"
"Default Gateway" or "Gateway IP" should pop up. It's most likely 192.[something]
Type that number into your web browser. (Internet Explorer/Firefox/Chrome)
Then you need to log in and find the ports section. Mine is Firewall>Virtual Servers.
@vis, actually no. I'll explain it better. Usually, routers only allow computers behind them to open connections, as they don't know where to send an incoming connection. That is where port fowarding comes in. Port fowarding tells it where to send the incoming connections for a specific port.
